· AIR BUSAN operates “Ad Valorem duties” that guarantees the compensation
of a reported item’s value upon loss or damage of the item, if a fixed extra fee,
olimited to our flight routes, is paid by the passenger.
· Passenger must be able to provide a supporting evidence for any reported
item value, and the maximum value of an item to be reported is limited
up to USD 2,500.
“Ad Valorem duties” is calculated as USD 0.50 per USD 100 of reported value.
For further details, please consult with our airline employee
at the check-in counter.

· As a large or fragile instrument, such as a cello etc., will occupy an extra seat
when carried in the cabin, the passenger must pay an additional fare
for the baggage seat.
This type of baggage (large musical instrument) will not be included in the free
baggage allowance. Unlike the seat occupied by the passenger, an air ticket
at the adult fare/special fare must be purchased for each route.
If you want to bring a large musical instrument into the plane,
please be sure to make a reservation and purchase an air ticket in advance.

· A special fare is applied to “a golf set per a passenger”
(a golf bag containing a pair of golf shoes and golf clubs).
Therefore, it can be transported on a cheaper fare than normal baggage.
· If the total weight of baggage is within the limit of the free baggage allowance,
there is no charge for carriage. If the weight of baggage exceeds the
free baggage allowance when a golf gear is included in the baggage,
an additional charge will be imposed on 6kg or actual excessive weight,
whichever is lower. If you don’t want to include a golf gear in the free baggage
allowance, you have to pay the excess baggage charge for 6kg,
regardless of actual weight. (However, for a golf gear weighing over 15kg,
the excess baggage charge will be imposed.)

· A special fare is applied to a set of ski equipment per a passenger,
and it can be transported at a cheaper fare than normal baggage.
· If more than one set of ski equipment is to be carried, the excess baggage
charge will be imposed.
· Applicable equipment : 1 ski set, 1 ski pole set, a pair of ski boots,
a snowboard and a pair of boots
1 standard water ski set / 1 Slalom water ski set
· If the total weight including ski equipment is within the limit of the free baggage
allowance, there is no charge for carriage. If the total weight exceeds the free
baggage allowance when the ski equipment is included, an additional charge
will be imposed on 3kg or the actual excess weight, whichever is lower.

· To transport a bicycle as the checked baggage, its handle should be fixed still,
and its pedals should be removed before packing. If it exceeds the free
baggage allowance, the excess baggage charge will be imposed.
