

· If you have purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you must apply for a refund at the same travel
agency.
· In order to get a refund for a ticket purchased in other country, refund of a completely-unused flight ticket
must be processed in the same country where the ticket is originally issued.
For a partially-used ticket, you may apply for a refund at the nearest Air Busan office or Air Busan reservation
center.
· You must accurately confirm the ticket policy because non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refund.

· All tickets have a written expiration date.
· You can apply for a refund within thirty days from the expiration date indicated on the ticket.
· Please be advised that refund may not be possible if the refund request is made after the expiration date.
· Certain refund requests can be filed in person at a reservation center, direct branch office, or purchasing office
depending on the payment method, departure city or ticket status.

· You can request the refund in an Air Busan office, and it takes 2~3 weeks to receive a refund because the
office in which the refund request has been made should request the refund to the office in which the ticket
was issued.
· For a ticket purchased in South Korea, if the fare included a separate penalty as a refund service charge, the
refund will be processed in accordance with the corresponding refund policy.
· For a ticket purchased in a foreign country, a separate penalty will be charged in accordance with the refund
policy of the applied fare.
· For a group passenger ticket, if the ticket has completely been unused, 10% of the purchased price
(without tax) and the refund service charge will be charged as the refund penalty. If the ticket is partially used,
the ticket will not be eligible for a refund.
· For international tickets purchased in South Korea, all air tickets will be charged with the refund penalty
except the government commissioned transport ticket, free ticket, unused round trip ticket,
and ticket for infants.

A refund will be paid in the currency of the country where the refund service is processed or in the currency at the time of purchasing. A refund to be paid out in Korea will be paid in Korean Won even if you have purchased your ticket in a foreign currency (USD, JPY) according to the foreign exchange regulations of Korea. A ticket issued in Korea will not be refunded in a foreign currency abroad. You must appoint your representative and inform us of your bank account in Korea. |

· A refund will be paid only to the passenger indicated in the ticket or the passenger’s representative.
· For certain types of ticket, such as Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) or Government Transportation Request (GTR)
etc., the refund can be paid to the designated person only.
To receive a refund for a ticket purchased in cash
Depending on the amount, a refund will be issued to you or your bank account.
However, refund period can vary depending on each region.
To receive a refund for a ticket purchased by credit card
· A refund for a ticket purchased by credit card will be issued to the credit card company after the approval
of refund. Please contact the credit card company after a few days for receiving date of the refund
(usually after 2~5 business days)
· Refund period can vary depending on each region.
· A ticket purchased by credit card will not be eligible for a cash refund.
· Even if you have canceled your credit card account that was used at the time of purchase, the refund
will be issued to the previously used account.
· If you must receive the refund in cash, submit a document confirming the cancellation of the card which states,
"Credit card company/Bank permits Air Busan to refund in cash to credit card holder" from the credit company
or the bank where you hold your credit card account with.
