FLY & STAMP Rules

Time of application
  • It will be accumulated based on actual boarding from Jan. 1, 2014.(Only limited to customers purchasing tickets via website/mobile)
Expiration date of STAMP & Notice
  • The expiration date of regular stamp is one year from the boarding date.
  • The expiration date of purchased stamp is 60 days from the purchase date, and the expiration date of transferred stamp is same as its original expiration date.
  • Expired STAMP is automatically expired.
  • Expired stamp shall not be inherited. Plus, when the member cancels the membership, the stamps shall be permanently unavailable.
  • Stamp(s) will only be restored when you request a refund on Homepage or Mobile App/Web.
Rules of Storing STAMP
  • STAMPs are for AIR BUSAN WEB member and passenger her/himself only.
  • You can earn a stamp on each one-way trip, and the stamp will be automatically added to your account on the next day of boarding.
  • You can check stored stamp at FLY&STAMP > [My STAMP] page.
  • If you have not stored STAMPs to your account, you can restore it through [My Stamp]-> [Restore Missing Stamp] page. (Within 90 days after boarding)
  • STAMPs are for AIR BUSAN WEB member and passenger her/himself only.
  • The following flight tickets are not eligible to earn the STAMP.
    • 국내선 : 특가항공권, 할인율 50% 이상 항공권, 이벤트항공권, 스탬프항공권
    • International flight : Super Special flight ticket, Event flight ticket, STAMP flight ticket
Rules of Using STAMP
General rules of STAMP flight ticket
  • STAMP flight tickets shall be booked and issued via our homepage (Internet or mobile device.)
  • The expiration date of the STAMP flight ticket is 6 months from the issuing date of the ticket , and you shall complete your itinerary before the expiration date.
  • Upon issuing stamp flight ticket, you are responsible to pay for airport taxes and fuel surcharges.
  • Stamp flight tickets shall be available for you(boarding) only, and transferring the tickets shall not be allowed. (However, in case of Travel Agency Advantage Program member, others are able to use (board) a ticket.)
  • STAMP tickets may not be available to use depending on flight and seat status.
  • For stamp flight ticket, regular/peak season fare shall be accordingly applied in relation to the departure date of each route.

Reservation Change/Refund of Stamp flight ticket
  • You shall not change your itinerary of STAMP flight tickets. Therefore, please refund the ticket first and get a new ticket re-issued through homepage or mobile.
  • When you refund your STAMP flight ticket, airport facility fees and fuel surcharges will be fully refunded and the unused STAMPs will be refunded.
  • Only one-way of a round trip STAMP flight ticket cannot be refunded.
    (If you have a possibility to change your itinerary, please purchase one-way ticket for each flight.)
  • When you refund your STAMP flight ticket, airport facility fees and fuel surcharges will be fully refunded and the unused STAMPs will be refunded.
    • Unexpired STAMP on the date of refund: Eligible for refund (The existing expiration date shall remain unchanged.)
    • Expired stamp on the date of refund: Eligible for refund (However, the expiration date of the stamp shall be extended once and up to three days after the date of refund, and the stamp will be expired after the extended date.)
      For example, if the date of refund is on March 1, the expiration date of an expired STAMP can be extended to March 4 for only one time.
  • Only one-way of a round trip STAMP flight ticket cannot be refunded. If you refund STAMP flight ticket via our reservation center, the necessary period of refunding STAMPs may take longer.
  • For a STAMP flight ticket after its expiration date(6 months), the airport taxes and fuel surcharges shall be fully refunded but the applied STAMPs shall be expired.

    Unlike regular accounts, when you want to refund a STAMP ticket(refund within a purchase day included) issued through travel agency account, a certain number of stamps will be deducted.

    Rules of STAMP refund upon refunding a STAMP flight ticket after boarding departure flight will be restored based on the season(Regular/Peak) of boarding date.
