The types of in-flight meals available for sale vary by routes. Please check the menu displayed at the time of purchase.
This service can be pre-ordered on the website up to 1 per person 3 days before the first departure. Ex) Passengers departing on October 8th must purchase by October 5th.
Cancel/refund is not allowed 2 days before departure.
In case of ticket cancellation or itinerary change, the purchased meal is automatically refunded and can be re-purchased from the My Reservation inquiry menu.
If your flight is canceled due to AIR BUSAN's circumstance, your additional services will be automatically refunded.
It is possible to sell out early due to limited quantities, and pictures may differ from the in-flight meals provided.
Materials of in-flight meals can be changed under AIR BUSAN's circumstances.
Allergenic ingredients such as gluten, soy sauce, nuts, eggs or dairy products are included.
In the event of an epidemic or other quarantine issue, it may be provided with a different meal of alternative ingredients.
If you need information on food allergens, please ask the crew.
If you show your boarding pass, you will be provided with meals during flight and other types of vouchers are not applicable. (Service time may vary depending on flight time.)
Please understand that we cannot provide refunds if you are unable to eat in-flight meals due to resting, such as sleeping, onboard. (We cannot provide in-flight meals during landing preparation time.)
Please note that the system will be unavailable from 23:50 to 00:10 every day (23:00 to 00:10 on the last Tuesday of every month) due to regular system maintenance. (Based on Korean time)
In case of taking in-flight meals or food purchased in-flight to the outside of the aircraft, a fine of up to KRW 10 million may be imposed according to the Agriculture, Forestry and Livestock Quarantine Act.
