How to purchase Purchase online
  • After reservation, you can purchase it online.
  • Prepaid baggage is only available to you.
  • In case of international flight, prepaid baggage is only available to purchase per a piece, and can not be used in excess of the overweight fee.
  • Prepaid baggage purchase and refund policy
    • ~to 2 days before departure : purchase and refund are available
    • 1 days before departure ~ departure date : cancel and refund are not available.
  • Purchasing prepaid baggage is limited to baggage checked at the counter. It is not available to use or refund your prepaid baggage in front of gate.
  • Due to regular internet system maintenance, book/change/refund services are not available from 23:50 to 00:10(Korea Standard Time) everyday. On Sundays, website is not available from 23:00 to 24:00 due to regular system check-up.
