  • AIR BUSAN Lounge is available for passengers who purchased SMART UP, PREMIUM Bundle for International flights departing from Busan.
    (It may be difficult to provide services depending on the situation.)
  • For bulk purchases, the minimum purchase quantity is 50 or more and the validity period is 6 months from the date of purchase.

Lounge Use Notice

  • The lounge is available from 06:00 to 22:00, and use is restricted outside of these hours.
  • Lounge access is available on the day of your flight. Please present your boarding pass upon entry. (Entry is available starting 3 hours before departure.)
  • Online purchases can be purchased and refunded up to 2 days before departure. (1 day before departure ~ no cancellation/refund on the departure date)
  • You can purchase tickets on-site at the lounge on the day of your flight. (Customers using other airlines can also purchase tickets on-site.)
    However, entry to the lounge is restricted after 21:30 for passengers who purchased tickets on-site or use PP cards or Lounge Key cards, excluding those who purchased tickets in advance.
  • Infants under 24 months can enter for free.
  • When making a lounge reservation, the service is provided only to the user and is non-transferable.
  • If the lounge is full, entry may be restricted.
  • A full refund will be issued if the lounge is unavailable due to our circumstances. (Non-refundable if not used due to personal circumstances)

Information on Priority Pass (PP) Card and Lounge Key Card Services

  • Passengers holding a Priority Pass (PP) card and a Lounge Key affiliated service card can use the Air Busan lounge.
    However, as the conditions, such as the number of uses and additional fees, vary greatly depending on the PP company and Lounge Key affiliated card, please check in advance with the card company's customer service center for details.
