Lost Article Information

• Please contact the branch office at the airport(arrival), if you left your items in the plane.
• Please note that items acquired on board are stored for up to two weeks and then donated to welfare organizations or disposed of themselves.
  (However, easily perishable items are discarded from time to time.)
• Items found outside the cabin, such as departure/arrival areas, can be handed over directly to the airport lost and found without storage.
• Items such as a passport, identification, money and other valuable items may be turned over to the law enforcement offices of the airport.
