  • Domestic flight reservations/ticketing is possible through the website for a minimum of 10 adults and a maximum of 50 people.
  • For groups exceeding 50 people, including children, or for international groups, please contact the Group Inquiry Reservation Center.
  • Group Inquiry Reservation Center (more than 10 people) 1666-6265, 09:00~17:00 (Excluding weekends and holidays)
  • If you apply for a standby itinerary, you will be notified of confirmation by text message within 3 business days.
    (However, the reservation may be canceled depending on seat availability.)
  • A text message is automatically sent when the itinerary is confirmed. Please enter the passenger's name in the [My Page > My Reservation Inquiry] menu and pay.
  • If you do not enter the full name of the passenger within the due date after confirmation or if you do not issue a ticket, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • Group fares are exclusive to the website, and the discounted fare does not apply if you change or pay through the reservation center or the airport.
  • The discount rate may change depending on the reservation status, and the total expected payment amount may change at the time of issuance due to changes in fuel surcharges.
  • For itinerary changes and partial refunds, please contact the reservation center for group inquiries.
  • After the round-trip itinerary is issued, if the departure flight is not boarded, the return flight cannot be used, and a separate fee will be charged if the return flight itinerary is canceled.
  • If the actual number of passengers on a group ticket is less than 10, the discount fare cannot be applied and the difference must be settled.
  • Stamp accumulation is not available for group reservations.
