Multicity is a itinerary that allows you to freely select the destination of the intermediate journey as a different itinerary
if the initial area of departure and final area of destinations are the same.

- Due to regular system maintenance, the website and mobile site will be temporarily unavailable from 23:50 to 00:10 every day and from 23:00 to 00:10 on the last Tuesday of every month.
- Refunds/changes in itinerary are possible without a fee until before the regular system maintenance time on the day of payment.
(However, in case of boarding on the same day of payment, refund/change itinerary is possible without a fee up to 30 minutes before flight departure) - Discount rates may change in real time.
- The above internet discount fares do not apply to reservations made through the Reservation Center or the airport.
- Even if the fuel surcharge is increased at the time of boarding after purchase, the difference will not be collected, and even if it is reduced, no refund will be given.
- Remaining seats are searched for up to 9 seats, and groups of 10 or more can proceed with group reservations. Go to group booking
- Flight dates are subject to change without notice due to government approval.
- The above discount fare is internet only. If you reschedule or pay a ticket via the reservation center or airport, the fare cannot be applied.
- The fare on the right is the total amount including fuel surcharge and airport facility fee, and may vary depending on the date of purchase and exchange rate.
- After payment, there is no fee for the fare difference caused by an increased fuel surcharge at the time of boarding. In the case of decreased fuel surcharge, it is not refunded.
- The date and departure/arrival time are local time basis, +1 means the next day.

Fare Regulation
- You should use your ticket in the order of your booked itinerary and It is not possible to transfer a flight ticket to others and to change the passenger's name.
- Expiration date of the ticket in the case of airline tickets unused, in one year from the beginning of the reservation date or re-issue date, After travel start one year from the beginning of the departure date.
- You can apply for a refund within 30 days from the expiration date indicated on the ticket.
- Charge will be imposed per person for each itinerary, infant without occupying a seat will be exempted.
- In case your information is different from your passport, It is possible to be rejected boarding.
- When the purchase of one-way ticket, if it is refusal of entry in a non-possession of a visa of the return flight or destination country, the responsibility is in the passenger person in question.

- The stamp ticket can only be used (boarded) by the person himself/herself, and the name cannot be changed.

- Reservation of stamp tickets may be restricted depending on flight and seat availability.
- STAMP flight tickets can be booked and issued only via our homepage or mobile.
- The expiration period of STAMP flight ticket is 6 months from the issuing date and you should complete your boarding within the expiration period.
- Upon issuing stamp flight ticket, you are responsible to pay for public utilities' charge such as taxes, airport taxes etc. and surcharges such as fuel surcharges.
- Stamp flight tickets shall be available for you(boarding) only, and transferring the tickets shall not be allowed. (However, in case of Travel Agency Advantage Program member, others are able to use (board) a ticket.)
- For stamp flight ticket, regular/peak season fare shall be accordingly applied in relation to the departure date of each route. Check peak season for domestic flights / Check peak season for international flights
- Availability on seats of STAMP flight ticket will vary according to time of booking.
- Please note that flight ticket reservations and itinerary change/refund services will be restricted from 23:50 to 00:10 every day due to regular Internet system maintenance, and the website will be unavailable from 23:00 to 00:10 on the last Tuesday of every month due to regular system maintenance.
- Refunds/changes of itinerary are possible without a fee until before the regular system inspection time on the day of payment.
- The total amount includes a fuel surcharge and a facility charge(except for local airport charge in Cebu) and may be changed based on the ticket purchase date/exchange rate.
- After payment, there is no fee for the fare difference caused by an increased fuel surcharge at the time of boarding. In the case of decreased fuel surcharge, it is not refunded.
- The above schedule can be changed without prior notice upon the Government requirements.
- Date and departure/arrival time of flight is based on local area.
- The amount above is available when you book and pay at the same time. If you pay later, it may not be applied.

A baggage with a size of less than 115cm (the total sum of width/height/depth), and a weight of less than 10kg is allowed for a free carry-on baggage.

- The maximum size is based on the sum of 3 sides (width/length/height) of the luggage.
- For safe operation of the aircraft, please inquire through the reservation center in advance as baggage with a total weight of 203 cm and a maximum weight exceeding 32 kg is restricted.
- A fee of KRW 10,000 or USD 10 will be charged separately from the excess baggage charge even if transport is possible.
