Guide for using online seat assignment service
Boarding pass service is available 30 minutes before your domestic flight's departure time and 50 minutes before your international flight's departure time.
Flight schedules are the conditions approved by the government and boarding gates and seat numbers may be changed without prior notice for unavoidable reasons such as airport situations and airplane changes.
When you arrive at the airport, please check 'Airport Information Guidance System'.
Some seats such as exit-row seats are restricted.
A passenger who booked a seat online should complete boarding procedures 20 minutes before departure for domestic flights/ 40 minutes before departure for international flights to secure the designated seat.
Code sharing with other airlines is not supported.
Passengers from Airport/Reservation center/Trave agency purchase ticket and Code-share ticket cannot purchase priority seat.(Preparing)

For a group of 10 people or more and a customer with a group booking
For customers who issued code-share flight of Asiana Airlines, in case itinerary changes(including route change, class change, etc.) occur after purchasement.
In case of passengers who are eligible for discounted fares or requested services that require the confirmation of the staff (a child who travels alone without a guardian, a passenger travelling with a pet animal, a passenger who requests a wheelchair or together service, etc), it is not possible to use internet boarding pass service.
