Passengers from Busan to Guam

- Quarantine exemption certificates

B. Negative PCR test executed within 1 day of the departure date

C. Document of recovery

D. CDC’s attestation completed

E. Electronic Customs Declaration (EDF)

Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area.
